CMMA is mindful and compliant with all proper and required local, state and federal health and safety protocols, related to COVID-19 and all emergent health issues, to ensure the health and confidence in the ADR process, by every CMMA participant.
Remote & Virtual Options
With sophisticated remote technology, CMMA is fully capable of hosting completely or partially remote ADR sessions. The parties may also agree that one or more of them will participate in ADR remotely and that one or more of the parties will participate in-person at our comfortable, modern Worcester office. Remote ADR is both an effective and health & safety conscious way in which to resolve disputes.
